Sanathana (Swaroop Guhathakurta) is an Electronic Music producer and DJ. He was born in India (1978) and grew up in Muscat, Oman. (The name 'Sanathana' is a Sanskrit term which means ‘Eternal’ and the name of one of the sons of Brahma)

He started music production in Yr. 2000 as Psy Dimension in the United Kingdom. His first project was named Psy Dimension. Some of his early production (From Yr. 2000 –Yr. 2004) as Psy Dimension, can still be found on soundclick.com. In 2002 Sanathana formally known as Psy Dimension reached 47 with his single ‘Alien Invasion’ on Soundclick.com in the Electronic Music charts. Many other tunes reached the top 100 in the electronic charts on soundclick.com.
He moved to the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) in 2005, he continues to Dj and has organized some of the biggest Psytrance gatherings in UAE (Psynthesis: Indoors & Outdoors) at Chi, voted as the No.1 club in Dubai, on Islands, in the desert and many private gatherings.
Sanathana’s music is solid, twisted, melodic and full-on. On one hand his music is for dance-floors and on the other, easily listenable even when you are in no mood to dance. It is very deep and at times, dark and eerie.
